Andreina is a strategic and creative leader with over 15 years of experience amplifying the brand and programming value of innovative arts organizations (especially museums) for various audiences.
She has planned and implemented over 500 marketing and creative projects executed in fast-paced environments with multidisciplinary programs. She particularly values leading teams through complex projects and building strong collaborations with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, artists, and community leaders.
With a passion for creativity and impact, she thrives in places at the crossroads of artistic expression, equity, entrepreneurship, education, and unique experiences.
Parallel to her career, Andreina takes pride in volunteering for nonprofit organizations in different capacities. She has served on the American Alliance of Museum’s Latino Network Committee to support Latinx museum professionals; the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s internship selection committee; New Jersey Symphony’s Colton Fellowship committee to support early-career Black and Latinx musicians; Casa de Venezuela board—where she founded Diálogo 365, a premier exhibition project to support Latinx and Latin American artists in Philadelphia, and beyond—and Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha board.
